2025 FALL TACKLE & CHEER: Registration is Closed!

Below is the information needed to register:

• A resident or school attendant in Littleton, Acton, Westford, or Boxborough. Or if you live in a neighboring community we will need to submit a waiver.
• Payment of the 2025 Registration fee in full - $450 (Tackle), $350 Cheer,  $195 (Flex)
• Discounts available for all completed printed/signed registration forms received by 6/30/2025
• Original Birth Certificate with raised seal (no copies or Hospital certificates)
• Completed 2025 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
• Completed 2025 Physical Fitness & medical History Form. This must be dated and signed by a medical professional after January 1, 2025.
• Signed 2025 Parent Code of Conduct
• Signed 2025 Cheer Policy Document (Cheer participants only)
